Gordon plays the Harrison and Harrison organ at St Michael and All Angels Parish Church, Houghton le Spring, Durham.

Gordon has played many times at Houghton le Spring and there is always a large and enthusiastic audience. For his 2019 concert he is including music by Hollins, Bach, Mendelssohn, Andrew Carter, Noel Rawsthorne and George McPhee.
